Jeff is a catalytic leader with more than 35 years experience helping "maximize potential" by developing people and organizations.
His innate ability to relate to a wide range of people, cultural groups and organizations with enthusiasm generates confidence and establishes an overall feeling of rapport and trust. As a coach and consultant, Jeff is passionate about making a difference by empowering people and organizations on their journeys from dreams to reality.
With extensive experience in operational management, leadership development and fundraising, he has been instrumental in helping others launch their own businesses. Jeff holds a BA and MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and earned a Certificate in Fundraising Management from Indiana University School of Fundraising.

The Founder and CEO of Level Up Coaching & Consulting, as well as the Level Up Leadership Institute, Dr. Phil has authored six books, including LeaderFlip and Beyond the Bedroom Door. He has also published articles on family, organizational development and leadership, as well as launched several successful entrepreneurs/small businesses.
An adjunct professor for Trinity International University, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a board member for several non-profit organizations, Dr. Phil holds a BA from Trinity International University, a MA from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, a Master of Divinity (equiv) and Doctorate degree from Bethel University/Seminary and, through his affiliation with the John Maxwell Team, various certifications in Leadership and Organizational Development.
